FULL TIME POSITION: Assistant Manager & Coach:

 

Oversee operations of the facility to ensure the best experience possible for our clients. Along with assistance from other Management, this professional will build relationships with clients, assist in managing staff, handle accounts, strategize and plan for the future, and coach players of all ages and skill levels on the court. This professional will be responsible for implementing our vision of serving our clients above all else.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect and build relationships with players and parents so we can best serve them and enhance their development.
  • Manage building and client needs and take action to provide the best experience possible.
  • Work with team to create and implement marketing campaigns, develop programming, plan events, etc.
  • Use data and feedback to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Instruct personal training sessions from grade school to adults.
  • Assist with Coaching Group Classes, Clinics, and Summer Camps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Hours: Monday- Thursday 1:00-9:00 PM plus a rotation of Friday (1:00-7:00 PM OR Saturday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM)
