Just Hoops Personal Training is for players dedicated to the process of developing. If you have goals of improving your position (whether that is to be the best scoring option on the team, break through the starting line up, or make the team this season) it takes hard work, time, and commitment to the process of improving. Just Hoops Coaches want players to learn the game, our goal is development, it is not to give a player a good workout to make them sweat.

Players will work with a coach once or twice a week. Athletes and parents will be given feedback each session, and guidance on what the athlete should be focusing on in between sessions will be provided.  

Our experienced training staff will customize training sessions to fit the needs and ambitions of the player. These sessions are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your skill sets and basketball IQ. During the initial assessment, your trainer will evaluate your current abilities in the Fantastic 5 to create an individualized training regimen for you. The Fantastic 5 areas are pivoting, passing, dribbling, shooting, and guarding your matchup.

The key to developing a valuable player development program is reverse engineering to answer the question: “what actually leads to a shot?” We must understand the process of what truly happens possession by possession throughout games to assist players in their advancement. We invest in skills that most frequently arise during games.

Personal Training sessions are designed for 60 minutes. However, the duration of the sessions are handled on a case by case basis depending on skills addressed, age of the player, and improvement plan discussed.

Member Rate: $60/ Single Session or $200/ 4 Sessions

Non-Member Rate: $75/ Single Session or $275/4 Sessions

Personal Training Cancellation Policy (24 Hours):

  • All cancellations or schedule changes must be made 24 hours prior to the starting time
  • Late Cancel: $25 Fee for canceling within the 24-hour window
  • No Show: Athlete will be charged the full amount of the session
