Quick Guide to Orthopedic ONE’s Sports Medicine Hotline

As a parent, helping your athlete navigate an unexpected injury can be stressful. Is ice and rest enough? Does the injury warrant a trip to the urgent care or ER? Do they need to see a specialist? 

Orthopedic ONE’s Sports Medicine Hotline is a free resource staffed 7 days a week (8AM-7PM) by certified athletic trainers to support athletes and their families. Simply leave us a message or send an email and a member of our team will reach out to help you navigate the next steps following an injury, even scheduling an urgent appointment with an Orthopedic ONE physician at a location near you if needed.
