Middle School Off-Season Training (6th-8th)

Description:

The Off-Season is about evaluating your strengths & weaknesses & formulating a plan to produce results. These Middle School training sessions will emphasize skill set absolutes:

  • Weak Hand Development
  • Footwork
  • Finishing
  • Change of Pace/Change of Direction Moves
  • Competing with Contact
  • Using Screens to Create Advantages

Description:

Learn the game by playing and competing! Improve your basketball IQ by learning offensive concepts that allow you to make precise decisions. Athletes will learn the game through 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3. The emphasis will be on ball-handling, finishing, footwork, and decision making.

Our goal is for your athlete to be a scoring threat every time they touch the basketball! In the Attack & Finish class, athletes will grow their confidence and aggressiveness on the court. Players will learn through a variety of drills and one-on-one live play scenarios to improve in the following areas:

Description:

We will focus on the “must-haves” of ball-handling and scoring. Players will learn drills and concepts that will assist in growing their confidence with stationary dribbling, driving to the rim, & handling pressure.

 

The goal is for players to become a more effective scorer by learning finishing techniques, moving without the ball, and decision making. Players will have drills, competitions, and live play to develop and apply these skills.

This class is created for beginner players who want to have fun and learn essential skills. Work with our Just Hoops coaches on fundamentals such as passing, dribbling, shooting, lay-ups, & footwork. No long lines, just fun drills, and competitions to keep these young players learning and engaged.

 

Junior Hoops: Live Play (1st-3rd)

Description:

The Live Play class will introduce players to game settings and basketball concepts such as spacing, cutting, and defense. Work with our Just Hoops coaches in this class designed to develop basketball fundamentals and players understanding and skills.

  • Stealing passes or dribbles is allowed
  • Lowered rims: 9 ft’

Just Hoops Classes are for all abilities. Our coaches are ready to differentiate and divide into groups based on the abilities of the athletes in class that day.  We know the best teaching and learning occurs when coaches can meet the athletes where they are and challenge them to improve their skillset and understanding of the game.

Start The Day You Buy

Your pass starts on the day of purchase and will automatically renew each month on that same date. For example, if you purchase your pass on the 16th, you can begin attending classes that evening, and your pass will auto-renew on the 16th of the following month.

No Long-term Commitment

Enjoy a no-hassle, month-to-month pass with no hidden fees. If you decide to cancel, just be sure to do so 5 days before your renewal date.

Your pass begins the date of purchase or a future date you choose. You can join class the day you purchase.

There are 3 easy ways to schedule your classes. Choose the one that works best for you!

3) Log into your Mindbody Account. 

The class pass is a monthly auto-renewing pass.   It will renew on the same date each month. For example, if you purchase your pass on the 5th, your renewal will be on the 5th of every month.

Yes!  We know that it is so nice to have both of your kids active and developing.  Families will receive 50% off for additional siblings pass. 

No,  every athlete that is participating needs thier own pass.  Please remember that each additional sibling will receive 50% off of their class pass.  

No, your class pass covers just one class per day.  

With multiple options available each week, we hope you can find another class that works.  There will be no make-up classes provided. 

When you purchase your class pass, you will now have access to schedule up to your renewal date.  You can choose to schedule out your entire month, or one day at a time.  

We ask that you please cancel in advance.  There will be a $10 charge to the card that we have on file for No-Shows.  

To stop a class pass from auto-renewing, please call or email the facility 5 days prior to your auto-renewal date.  The athlete can utilize any available classes up to the end of the current billing cycle.
