Kasey Schipfer
Kasey grew up in Mechanicsburg, Ohio where she played basketball, softball and soccer. In high school she was a two time conference player of the year, two time All-Ohio, and holds multiple school records. She is currently in her 5th year at Ohio Wesleyan University.
At Ohio Wesleyan University she was the first person to win both NCAC Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year (2022-23), and earned back-to-back NCAC Player of the Year honors. She helped lead her team to three consecutive NCAC Championship appearances with 2 Championship titles, 2 NCAA Tournament Appearances, two time 1st Team All-Region 7 (2022-24), 2024 Region 7 Player of the Year (2023-24), WBCA All American Honorable Mention (2023-24), D3Hoops Third Team All American (2023-24), and 1st Team Academic All-American (2023-24), 2024 Jostens Trophy finalist, 2024 WBCA All-Star Game Selectee, and earned NCAC All Decade Team honors. She currently holds the record for most consecutive free throws made.
After college she plans to work towards a Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy as well as continue building coaching experience through Just Hoops!
