NO SCHOOL = MORNING CLINICS AT JUST HOOPS
If there is a day off of school, chances are Just Hoops is opening early to have a clinic from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. No matter the subject or the grades for the clinic, we can assure you athletes will have fun learning through drills and instruction, competitions, and live play against others. NOVEMBER DAY OFF SCHOOL CLINICS
Thanksgiving Skills Clinic (4th-8th)

Description:
The day before Thanksgiving is a great day to reserve your spot for a morning of skill development with drills and competitions. The clinic will focus on ball-handling, finishing, pivoting & shooting. Players will be challenged in an encouraging learning environment to test their skills to better understand what they are capable of through hard work.

Description:
Just Hoops Black Friday Offensive Skills Clinic will challenge players to improve their offensive skill set through a variety of drills and competitions. The clinic will teach offensive fundamentals such as shooting, passing, and ball-handling, as well as, moving without the ball, proper spacing, and screening principles.

Shooting Clinic (4th-8th)

Description:
Build your shooting foundation by combining mechanics, repetition, and confidence. This clinic will introduce players to teaching points and drills they can use daily to progress as a shot-maker. Coaches will instruct shot discipline that includes hand placement, balance, shooting line, setpoint, release and doing your work before the catch to have a quicker release. Players will gain insight on the mental side of shooting to be intentional with their thought process and better understand what causes their misses. Drills will include form shooting and advance into game shots off the catch, off the dribble and on the move.
2-Day Winter Skills Clinic (4th-8th)

Description:
Players will work on a variety of skills to help them throughout their basketball season! Our coaches will incorporate skill development, competitions and situational live-play to help the athletes learn. Players will be grouped according to age and skill level.

Description:
Start the New Year strong with the 2024 Kick-Off Clinic at Just Hoops! Players will focus on the fundamentals to help them throughout their basketball season. Ball handling, attacking the basket, and shooting will be the main topics of focus. Coaches will use a variety of drills, competitions and live play to teach the athletes!

Description:
Expand your offensive role by learning various ways to attack your primary defender & force help-side defenders to collapse. This clinic will break down how to read screens, finish vs. contact, attack closeouts and use your body to create driving lanes. Players will be challenged to win the 1st step, finish with both hands and create contact to create separation.
